Help and Advice at Horsham and District CAB

We offer FREE confidential advice on a wide range of issues including :

• Relationship breakdown
• Welfare benefits
• Money and credit problems
• Employment rights and responsibilities
• Consumer problems
• Housing matters
• Neighbourhood disputes
• Education and healthcare
• Immigration and residency queries
• Human rights

Our main aim is to give clients the information and advice they need to help resolve problems for themselves. But we also offer practical support where required - for example, help with filling in forms, writing letters or negotiating with third parties. Where appropriate we may also refer clients to other agencies for help.

We can arrange home visits for clients who cannot otherwise access our services. We may be able to arrange a free solicitor's appointment (on Monday evenings) for clients involved in relationship breakdown. And for clients who qualify for legal aid we have caseworkers who specialise in money advice, housing and welfare benefits.
